Loyalty Program
To thank you for your loyalty, we are offering a program to allow you to benefit from advantages to your orders.
➤ With each order, you will accumulate loyalty points which will constitute an amount in euros.
➤ The details will be displayed when ordering, and you will find the summary in your customer area.
➤ To use the euros you have accumulated, once on your order confirmation page (before paying for it) you can then enter the reduction you want to use for your current order (full or partial).
Loyalty points cannot be the subject of a request for a refund or an exchange. They cannot be used to pay shipping costs.
Loyalty Card
➤ After three participations in our events with Reunited events, you can request your loyalty card, it will offer you a 10% reduction on our ticket shop for one year (several uses possible).
➤ After six participations in our events, you will benefit a 30€ promo code.
➤ After ten participations in our events, you will benefit a 60€ promo code.
To request your loyalty card or promo code, please write us an email (or via our contact form). Note that it is not possible to request this card or promo code before three or six/ ten participations in our events.
Your card will be nominative and will be given to you on site (or by mail on request with shipping costs to be paid).
The reductions offered will be sent by email and will be valid on our entire ticket shop.
Please take into account that requests made in the 7 days preceding an event cannot be taken into account before it.
