Hello Wolfies, please read the information below carefully before heading to Wolfies in Paris 4.

BADGE AND EXTRA ENVELOPE PICK-UP (event reception area):
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Saturday and Two-day Passes)
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Sunday Pass)

Arrival after 10:00 AM: Pick-up at the shop throughout the day.

Sunday Pass + Wolfies Party: Pick-up possible on Saturday starting at 8:50 PM (your extras must be collected on Sunday morning).

REMINDERS:
Documents to present: ID card (+ signed parental consent form for minors) and your invoices (on phone or paper).

Pick-up for a friend: Present a copy of their ID, a written authorization, their invoices (+ parental consent form if minor).

More than 3 extras? Prepare the exact list of your order numbers and extras (with the day). Without this list (or invoices), no claim will be processed in case of an error during the delivery of your extra tickets.

Mandatory verification: Check your extra tickets on site upon delivery.
ATTENTION: after signing the sheet, no addition or exchange will be possible.

Ticket security: Immediately write your badge number or name on the back of each ticket (essential in case of loss/theft).

Access: Exclusively reserved for pass holders. Accompanying persons without a pass must wait outside (hotel bar accessible).

CONFERENCE ROOM SEATING: 

Escort: After picking up your badges, a staff member will guide you to your zone in the main room.

Seating by zone: Seating is free within your pass zone (or upgrade zone). It is strictly forbidden to sit in a higher zone.

Fixed seat: You must keep the same seat all day long. Please respect the assigned seats, we count on your good faith.

Checks: Regular checks will be carried out in the room.

EXTRA SESSIONS:

Calls: Follow the calls on the screen in the room, verbally, and on Twitter/X (@TeenWolfcon turn on notifications) and pay close attention.
Do not rely solely on the provided schedule, which may change for various reasons throughout the day. We are not responsible in case of a missed extra, no solution or refund will be offered.

Access: Area strictly reserved for people concerned by the call in progress. Friends/parents who do not have extras will not be able to accompany you during the different sessions in order not to overload the spaces. (different passes: if you go with a loved one who has a lower pass, you must align with their category).
Please go to the extra session when your pass category is called and do not wait for one of your friends or later sessions. Sessions are scheduled this way to give you time to enjoy, otherwise it may force us to speed up the pace in order to respect the schedule.
After your extra, return directly to the conference room / exhibitor space (unless instructed by staff to go to another ongoing session).

Gifts, letters, and fanbooks: Handed over only during autographs.

Time spent: It is limited for each participant so that the day's schedule can be respected. If you wish to chat more than a few words with one of the guests, we suggest the meeting or 1-1 moments where you can talk.

Photoshoots / Selfies / Polaroids: Prepare your pose in advance (you can show it on your phone to the staff). Note that certain poses may be refused, notably floor poses or piggyback rides following several incidents. If nothing is chosen, the staff or the guest will decide.
In case of abuse (recordings), phones will be completely prohibited in the extra rooms.
Polaroids take place during photo sessions (beginning or end) in the same room.

Priority: If you have priority access, you can pass with priority at sessions whenever you want upon presentation of your card.
VIP passes are priority in queues, only for called sessions corresponding to your pass category. PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) are PRIORITY over everyone in queues, for called sessions corresponding to your pass category.

Meeting and 1-1 Moment: If you have an extra at the same time as your meeting or 1-1, it is important to report it to a member of our team who will make sure you don't miss anything during your extra.

Aperitif: Meet at the meeting point "APÉRITIF POINT" (poster).

Photos, videos, audio recording with your phone: We specify that photos, videos, and recordings of guests during extra sessions are strictly prohibited (unless included in your selfie or 1-1 extra).
It is authorized only in the conference room. We ask you to strictly respect this and not to try by any means to take photos, film, or record the guests, under penalty of exclusion without refund.

We will apply zero tolerance. There will be little to no warnings before exclusion. This rule is primarily out of respect for the guests we welcome, who cannot be filmed without their knowledge throughout the day. We therefore ask you, please, to respect them. Photographers and partners will be present to capture some of your moments.

Panels/Conferences: Think about the questions you would like to ask the guests during the panels. Please avoid overly personal or inappropriate questions, which will be refused.

WOLFIES PARTY INFOS:

-The party will take place in a room adjacent to the hotel reception hall (behind the bar) named Espace Plume. Meet from 8:55 PM in front of the entrance with your ID, badge around your neck, and party ticket.

-A bar will be available offering soft and alcoholic drinks. A drink ticket will be given to you (with or without alcohol) - additional cost €3 for a soft drink and €5 with alcohol (vodka, rum, whisky). Payment in cash or credit card.

-Guests will be present for at least one hour during the evening. Photos / videos / recordings of the guests are strictly prohibited under penalty of exclusion.

-Guests will be there to have fun with you. Please keep a reasonable distance with them so they feel comfortable staying to chat or dance with you. Remember that many of you want to enjoy time with the guests, please leave some room for shyer people.

-Do not hesitate to notify a team member if certain participants are taking too much time with a guest and you haven't had the opportunity to approach them.

GENERAL:

-Remember to always have your badge around your neck and your wristband on (party included).

-Our team will be there to answer your questions throughout the weekend.

-Extras will be on sale (in limited quantities, depending on remaining stock) on site at our shop. Credit card and cash payments will be accepted (we suggest bringing cash in case of connection issues with the card terminal).

-Photos for your autograph supports will be available (infos), as well as some goodies.

-Please respect our team members who are volunteers and giving their best all weekend long, we will not tolerate any disrespect towards them.

-Please do not steal, whether it be decoration items, accessories, or other people's belongings; the hotel is equipped with security cameras, so in case of theft, in addition to being removed from the event, we will take the necessary legal steps for the infraction.

-We have prepared a great Halloween-themed decoration, we can't wait for you to discover it!

EXHIBITOR STANDS, GAMES, GUESTS/SPEAKERS:
We have planned many activities and animations for you over the two days.

-The Raffle, one draw per day. Many prizes to be won! Raffle draw before the lunch break (if you have the APÉRITIF extra, leave your raffle tickets with another participant to make sure you don't miss a prize if you win, and if some extra sessions are delayed, winning numbers will be posted on Twitter/X, to be collected before the next panel).

-A special Raffle to try to win an Aperitif extra will be offered each day.

-Props will be available (balloons, glasses, flower necklaces...) to add fun to your photoshoots, selfies, polaroids, and videobooths! It is strictly forbidden to leave with any of the props provided, theft will not be tolerated.

-You will also find several exhibitor stands and partners. Find the full list on our website: PARTNERS Goodies, jewelry, clothes, drawings, makeup, and even tarot reading, there will be something for everyone! Most accept credit card payments, but we advise you to bring cash.

-Games will be offered by some of our exhibitors to try to win prizes.

-You can test your knowledge about the series and have fun moments on stage with games prepared by Kelly, our head of animations, as well as several partners!

-The Beauchamp Archery Club will be present both days outside, they will let you (re)discover archery!

-The Lacrosse Phoenix Paris team will be present on Saturday afternoon outside to offer an initiation to the series' flagship sport!

EXTRAS INFOS:

-Meetings with Vincent on Saturday, and with Gideon on Sunday are replaced by a 1-1; if you had this extra, you will receive a 1-1 ticket instead.

-Ryan and Shelley meetings are transformed into a Ryan & Shelley Duo Meeting on Saturday.

-MICHAEL FJORDBAK: extra photos, autographs, selfies, videobooths, polaroid, and 1-1 moments will be on sale at our shop, as well as the Michael & Ian duo. He will join the group meetings each day, as well as the Boys and Group photoshoots. .

-For this edition, our printer offers you to test a new feature: an immediate download of your digital photos: €3.50 per photo. You will need to scan a QR code and proceed with the payment to retrieve your photo online. Digital photos will also be available as usual after the event.
