INFO

Hello Grounders !

Please read the information below carefully before heading to Grounders in Paris 2.

You can find all the info about the venue
on this link.

BADGE COLLECTION:
- You can collect your badge and extras folder in the event hall on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

- Sunday Pass holders can only collect their badges on Sunday, except for those with a Wolfies Party extra, who can collect theirs starting at 9:00 PM in the reception area. You will still need to check in on Sunday morning to collect your extras.

- For latecomers unable to arrive before 10:00 AM, you can collect your badge and folder at our shop throughout the day.

REMINDERS:
- To collect your badge and the envelope containing your purchased or included extras, you must present your purchase invoices (on your phone or printed, available in your member account) and a valid ID.

- If you have purchased more than 3 extras, we strongly suggest you write down all order numbers and corresponding extras (including the day) on a piece of paper or your phone to avoid any issues during badge collection. If this is not done and there is an error in your envelope, we will ask you to take the time to do so and return once completed to avoid delays at the collection booths.

- Minor participants: do not forget to bring your completed and signed parental authorization form.

- To collect a badge and envelope for a friend/relative, you must present a photocopy of their ID, written authorization from them, and their purchase invoices (plus the parental authorization if the participant is a minor).

PLEASE NOTE: Double-check your extra tickets as soon as you receive your badge; once they have been verified and signed for, no exchanges or additions can be made.

- Once you have your extras, we strongly advise writing your badge number or full name on the back of each ticket. In case of loss or theft, this allows us to perform verifications—but it only works if you have labeled them.

- Only individuals with a valid event pass can access the badge collection area, the booths, and the event itself. All accompanying persons (parents, friends, etc.) must remain outside the area dedicated to the event (the hotel has a bar available).

SEATING:
- Once you have collected your badge, wristband, and the envelope containing your extras, please head to the main hall. A member of our team will accompany you to seat you in your designated zone.

- Seating is open within each pass zone; however, you must keep the same seat throughout the day. We rely on your good faith not to take another participant's seat during the day.

- Seats in the conference hall will be marked by zones corresponding to your pass or any zone upgrades you have purchased. It is not possible to sit in a zone higher than your pass category.

- Checks will be carried out several times to ensure everyone is seated in the correct zone.

EXTRA SESSIONS:
Calls for extras will be displayed on the conference hall screen, posted on the Twitter/X account
@The100_con, and announced verbally by our team. The Twitter/X account is accessible without an account, but if you have one, we suggest activating notifications.

- We remind you that we are not responsible if you miss an extra session. Please stay alert and check current calls carefully so you don't miss a session. Do not rely solely on the schedule, as it may change for various reasons during the day.

- To avoid overcrowding in the extra session areas, it is forbidden to go to the extras section if you do not have the specific extra currently taking place or if your pass category has not been called. Several team members will verify at each call that only the called passes and rows have access to the session rooms.

- Please go to the extra session as soon as your pass category is called; do not wait for a friend or a later session. Sessions are scheduled this way to give you enough time to enjoy them; otherwise, we may be forced to speed up the pace to stay on schedule.

- Once your extra is completed, you must immediately return to the conference hall / exhibitors' area (unless instructed otherwise by staff to go to another ongoing session). Friends/parents who do not have extras cannot accompany you during the sessions to avoid overcrowding.

- If you are not in the conference hall during the call and miss your extra, it will not be possible to do it later or receive a refund. Please note that extra sessions may be delayed or moved forward, so stay alert to announcements and do not rely strictly on the schedule!

- The time allocated to each participant is limited during photoshoots, autographs, selfies, and videobooths to ensure the daily schedule is respected.

- Gifts and fanbooks are to be handed over during autograph sessions only.

- If you wish to exchange more than a few words with a guest, we suggest the meeting or 1-1 sessions where you can chat, or writing a letter to give to them during autograph sessions (only).

- Please prepare your pose before arriving for your photoshoots/selfies. If the pose image is on your phone, a team member will show it to the guest. In case of abuse (recordings), mobile phones will be strictly prohibited in the extra session rooms.
- Note that some poses may be refused, particularly poses on the floor or piggyback poses, following several incidents.
- If no pose is chosen before you reach the guest, you will be offered a selection. If you do not choose one, a team member or the guest will choose for you.

- Polaroid extras will take place during each selfie session (beginning or end) in the same room.

- If you wish to go to an extra session with another participant who has a different pass than yours, you must go during the time slot of the lower pass category.

- If you have purchased priority access, you may go to the sessions whenever you like, but only during the calls for your pass category, upon presentation of your priority card.
- PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) have PRIORITY over everyone else in queues, including those with priority cards or VIP passes.

MEETING & 1-1 MOMENT:
- If you have other extras scheduled at the same time as your Meeting or 1-1, it is important to notify a member of our team. they will ensure you do not miss your other extras during the meeting.

APÉRITIF:
Please meet at the designated "APÉRITIF POINT" sign.

EXTRAS:
We wish to clarify that taking photos, videos, or recordings of the guests during extra sessions is strictly prohibited (except for selfies during Selfie sessions and 1-1 Moments, of course). This is only permitted inside the conference hall. We ask you to strictly respect this and not attempt to film or record the guests by any means, under penalty of exclusion without refund.

- We will apply a zero-tolerance policy. There will be little to no warning before exclusion. This rule is primarily out of respect for the guests we are hosting, who should not be filmed without their knowledge throughout the day. We ask you, please, to respect them.

- Photographers and partners will be present to capture some of your moments.

PANELS:
- Please think of the questions you would like to ask the guests during the panels. Please avoid overly personal or inappropriate questions, as they will be rejected.

GROUNDERS PARTY INFO:
The party will take place in a room adjacent to the hotel's reception hall (behind the bar).

- Meet starting at 8:50 PM in front of the entrance with your ID, your badge around your neck, and your party ticket.

- A bar will be available offering soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Two drink tickets will be provided (with or without alcohol) — additional drinks are €3 for soft drinks and €6 for alcohol (vodka, rum, whiskey).

- Guests will be present for a minimum of one hour during the evening. Photos, videos, and recordings of the guests are strictly prohibited under penalty of exclusion.

- The guests are there to have fun with you. Please maintain a reasonable distance so they feel comfortable staying to chat or dance. Remember that many of you want to spend time with the guests; please leave some space for more soft-spoken attendees.

- Do not hesitate to alert a staff member if certain participants are taking up too much of a guest's time and you haven't had the opportunity to approach them.

GENERAL:
Remember to always wear your badge around your neck and your wristband (including during the evening party).

- Our team will be available to answer your questions throughout the weekend.

- Extras will be on sale (in limited quantities, subject to remaining stock) at our shop on-site. Payments by credit card and cash will be accepted.
Photos for your autograph supports will be available, as well as some goodies.

- Please respect our team members; they are volunteers doing their absolute best all weekend. We will not tolerate any lack of respect toward them.

- Please do not steal, whether it be decorations, accessories, or other people's belongings. The hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras; in the event of theft, in addition to being expelled from the event, we will take the necessary legal actions for the offense.

EXHIBITOR STANDS, GAMES, & SPEAKERS:
We have planned many activities and animations for you over the two days.
- The Raffle: one draw per day with many prizes to be won! The draw will take place around noon (if you have the APÉRITIF extra, leave your raffle tickets with another participant to ensure you don't miss out on a prize if you win, and if some extra sessions are delayed, the winning numbers will be posted on Twitter to pick up before the next conference.).

- Props: Many accessories will be available (balloons, glasses, flower necklaces...) to add fun to your photoshoots, selfies, and videobooths! It is strictly forbidden to leave with any of the props; theft will not be tolerated.

- Exhibitors: You will find several exhibitor stands and guest speakers. Check the full list on our website:
PARTNERS. Goodies, jewelry, clothing, drawings, manicures, makeup, and even tarot readings, there’s something for everyone! Most accept credit cards, but we advise you to bring some cash just in case.
- Several exhibitors will offer games to win prizes.

- You can test your knowledge of the series and have fun on stage with games prepared by Kelly, our Entertainment Heda!

- The Beauchamp Archers Club will be present both days outside (opposite the hotel terrace) to help you (re)discover archery!
