ORGANIZATION INFORMATION
HOTEL DETAILS
The Van der Valk Roissy has a private, free parking lot.The area dedicated to the event will be closed during the lunch break.
-It is not allowed to bring your own meals and eat them inside the hotel.
-For lunch, the hotel offers a menu at €16.50 (details on our website).
-Other restaurants are located nearby; you are free to go out and come back.
BADGE COLLECTION:
-You can collect your badge and extra pack in the event hall on Saturday from 8:15 AM to 10:00 AM and on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
-Sunday pass holders can only collect their badge on Sunday, except for those who have the Wolfies Party extra — they can collect their badge and party extra starting at 8:45 PM at the welcome area. However, you must come back Sunday morning to collect your other extras.
-Latecomers arriving after 10:00 AM can collect their badge and pack at our shop throughout the day.

-Participants with a Wolfies or Instinct pass (without extras) can collect their badge at the “pass without extras” stand to save time.
REMINDERS
-To collect your badge and envelope containing your purchased or included extras, you must present your invoices (on phone or printed) and a valid ID.
-No tickets are sent by post or email.
-If you purchased more than three extras, we strongly recommend writing down all your order numbers and corresponding extras (and the day) on paper or your phone to avoid confusion when collecting your badge. If not, and your envelope contains an error, we will ask you to check and return once corrected to avoid delays at the collection desk.
-Underage participants: don’t forget to bring your signed parental authorization form.
-To collect a badge and envelope for someone else, you must present:
a photocopy of their ID, a written authorization, and their purchase invoices (and parental authorization if underage).
IMPORTANT: Please check your extra tickets when collecting your badge once verified and signed, no exchange or addition can be made.
-After receiving your extras, we strongly recommend writing your badge number or your full name on the back of each of your extra tickets. In case of loss/theft, we can check extras of all participants, but only if this information is written.
-Only people with a valid event pass will be allowed access to badge collection, stands area, and event space.
-Companions (parents, friends, etc.) must stay outside the event area (the hotel has a bar available).
SEATING / PLACEMENT:
-Once you have collected your badge, wristband, and envelope containing your extras, please proceed to the conference room.
-A member of our team will guide you to your assigned zone.
-Seating is free within each pass zone, but you must keep your seat for the whole day. Please do not take another participant’s seat during the day.
-Seats in the conference room are arranged by zone, according to your pass or upgraded zone. It is not possible to sit in a higher zone than your pass allows.
-Zone checks will take place several times to ensure correct placement.
EXTRAS SESSIONS:
-Calls for extras will be displayed on the big screen in the main hall, announced on Twitter/X (@TeenWolfcon), and verbally by our team. -Please remember that we cannot be held responsible if you miss an extra session.
-Stay alert and check the ongoing extra announcements carefully to avoid missing your session. -Do not rely solely on the printed schedule, as it may change throughout the day for various reasons.
-The Twitter/X account is accessible even without an account, but if you have one, we suggest turning on notifications to stay updated.
-To prevent overcrowding, it is forbidden to enter the extras area unless you have an extra taking place at that moment and your pass category has been called.
-Several members of our team will check access at each call to ensure that only the correct pass holders and ranks enter the extras rooms. -If your extra includes the letter M, it means morning session; if it has an A, it means afternoon session; and if it has no letter, attend when your pass category is called.
-Please go to your extra as soon as your category is called and do not wait for a friend or for later sessions.
-The schedule is designed to allow everyone to enjoy their time delays may force us to speed up sessions to stay on track. -The Holland/Tyler and Shelley/Tyler duo photoshoots will not have make-up sessions during the afternoon’s duo/group photoshoots. You must attend the first session.
-Once your extra is completed, please return directly to the conference hall or exhibitors’ area (unless staff instruct you otherwise for another ongoing session).
-Friends or relatives without extras are not allowed to accompany you during these sessions, to avoid overcrowding. -If you are not in the conference hall when your extra is called and you miss it, you cannot do it later or receive a refund.
-Note that extra sessions may start earlier or later, so always pay attention to the calls and do not rely only on the schedule! -The interaction time per participant is limited for photoshoots, autographs, selfies, and videobooths to ensure the day runs smoothly.
-Gifts and fanbooks must be handed over only during autograph sessions. -If you wish to talk longer with one of the guests, we recommend booking a meeting or 1-1 moment, or writing a letter to give them during their autograph session.
-Please prepare your pose in advance for photoshoots and selfies. -If your pose image is on your phone, a team member will show it to the guest.
-In case of abuse (recordings), phones may be completely banned from extras rooms.
-Some poses may be refused, particularly floor poses or piggyback poses, due to previous incidents.-If you haven’t chosen a pose before meeting the guest, you’ll need to choose from a selection provided -If you don’t pick one, our team member or the guest will choose it for you.
-Video recordings are strictly forbidden during selfies.
-In case of abuse, selfies may be taken by a staff member using your phone or replaced with a regular photoshoot. -Please respect these rules and the guests.
-If you want to attend an extra session with another participant who has a different pass type, you must attend with the lower pass category.
-If you purchased a priority access pass, you may attend sessions whenever you wish, but only when your category is being called, upon showing your card.
Please note that participants with reduced mobility or disabilities (PMR) are always prioritized over everyone, including VIP or priority pass holders.
-PMR participants must attend with their own pass category.
MEETING & 1-1 MOMENT:
-If you have a meeting or one-on-one moment, please go to the “MEETING / 1-1 POINT” (indicated by our staff and signs) when your session is called.
-A member of our team will escort you to the session.
-If you have other extras scheduled at the same time, please inform a team member so they can ensure you don’t miss any sessions during your meeting.
VIDEOBOOTH:
-There will be only one videobooth session per day and per guest.
-If you have this extra, please pay close attention to the calls so you don’t miss it. -Keep your phone ready to scan the QR code to retrieve your video.
APERITIF:
-Go to the “APERITIF POINT” (indicated on signs) when it’s time for your session.
-SELFIES:
-Guests who have a morning selfie session will also have a short afternoon session.
-There will be no make-up sessions afterward.
-Please pay attention to the announcements and follow whether your ticket says morning or afternoon for your turn.
-Please note that photos, videos, and recordings of guests during extras sessions are strictly forbidden (except selfies during selfie and 1-1 moments, of course).
-Recording is only allowed inside the conference room.
-We ask you to respect this rule any attempt to film or record guests will result in exclusion without refund.
-We apply a zero-tolerance policy. There will be little to no warning before exclusion.
-This rule exists to respect the guests, who must feel comfortable and not be filmed without their consent throughout the day.
-Official photographers and partners will be present to capture some of your moments so we’re counting on you to cooperate!
CONFERENCES:
-Think about the questions you would like to ask the guests during the conferences.
-Please avoid overly personal or inappropriate questions, as they will be refused.
-The conferences will feature all 10 guests together.
WOLFIES PARTY INFORMATION:
-The party will take place in the conference hall.
-We kindly ask you not to linger after the last conference on Saturday, so we can set up the room for the evening.
-Please arrive at 8:45 PM at the entrance of the event area with your ID, badge around your neck, and your party ticket.
-Don’t forget your drink ticket.
-A bar will be available with soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
-One drink of your choice (alcoholic or not) is included with your extra.
Additional drinks:
3€ for soft drinks
6€ for alcoholic drinks (vodka, rum, whisky, Malibu, tequila).
-The guests will be present for at least one hour during the party.
–Photos, videos, or recordings of the guests are strictly forbidden, and failure to comply will result in exclusion.
-The guests are there to have fun with you! Please don’t crowd or pressure them, so they feel comfortable enough to stay, chat, and dance. Remember, there are many of you who want to enjoy their presence so please allow space for shyer participants to have their chance too.
-If you notice that some participants are taking too much time with a guest and you don’t have a chance to approach them, please notify a staff member.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
-Always keep your badge around your neck and wristband on your wrist (including during the party).
-Our team will be available to answer your questions throughout the weekend.
-Extras will be on sale on site (in limited quantities, depending on remaining stock) at our boutique.
-Payments by card and cash will be accepted.
-You can also find photo prints for autographs and a few goodies.
Please respect our team members, who are volunteers giving their best all weekend. Any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
-Please do not steal decorations, props, or personal belongings.
The hotel is equipped with security cameras, and in case of theft, you will be expelled from the event and legal action will be taken.
ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT:
We have planned many activities and animations throughout the weekend!
-Raffle / Tombola: one drawing each day around noon — lots of prizes to win! (If you have the APERITIF extra, give your raffle tickets to another participant so you don’t miss out if your name is drawn!)
-Many fun accessories (balloons, glasses, flower necklaces, etc.) will be available for your photoshoots, selfies, and videobooths!
It is strictly forbidden to take these accessories home. Theft will not be tolerated, and if items go missing, we won’t be able to offer them at future events.
EXHIBITOR STANDS, GAMES & SPECIAL GUESTS:
You’ll find several exhibitor stands, the full list is available on our website: PARTNERS.
-There will be goodies, jewelry, T-shirts, sweatshirts, drawings, manicures, makeup, and even tarot readings!
-Most accept credit cards, but we advise you to bring some cash.
-We’ll also have several presenters and entertainers offering a variety of activities and games, including makeup, nail art, and even a magician to entertain you all weekend!
Plus: a Clue (Cluedo) game on Saturday and a karaoke session on Sunday.
-Some exhibitors will offer games where you can win prizes check our website and social media for details.
-The Paris Lacrosse Club and Archers Club of Beauchamp will also be present outside (in front of the hotel terrace) for both days.They will introduce you to lacrosse and archery, the iconic sports of Teen Wolf, and answer your questions!
